While you are viewing this report, you can add notes to the individual readings by simply double-clicking on the reading you want to attach a message to.

All of the notes for a single day are merged together, in time order (i.e. notes attached to readings earlier in the day will come before notes attached to readings later on).

You can also change a note that you've made previously by double-clicking.

You can enter anything you want into the notes. For example, you can use this area to keep track of insulin dosages, other medications, nutritional intake, how you were feeling. The possibilities are endless.

There is no practical limit to the length of the notes that you attach to any reading; however, you should be aware that the length of these notes will affect the printed Log Book Report format.

You can use the scrollbars on the right hand side of the screen to move up and down in the report, or you can use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard.

At the bottom of the report you will find some statistical information on the selected readings, including averages and counts by time-of-day.

The Preferences toolbar icon becomes available, allowing you to customize the settings for the report. In addition, you can select the context menu.

You will notice that the Time Of Day area of the Preferences screen is not available in this report. The ability to select a single time-of-day for the Log Book Report does not fall within the intent of this report.

Unlike the various charts, you can not see multiple instances of this report concurrently.
